Our Staff
NHS Grampian employs around 13,000 people who play an important role in NHS Grampian's ability to deliver a wide range of health improvement and healthcare services. Staff range from those delivering hands-on care, to those who help to maintain the buildings and equipment that enable clinicians and other staff to provide better healthcare service.
Our staff are our most important resource and there are clear plans as to how NHS Grampian will develop the workforce and empower staff. These can be seen on our NHS Grampian Healthfit2020 vision, NHS Grampian's proposed key priorities over the next five to ten years.
